Which documents need to be translated and certified in Russian?

During your application , you will need a copy of your identity document (international passport), a copy each of your certificates and transcripts (Secondary School leaving certificate and statement of results for Bachelor Degree ; Bachelor Degree Certificate and transcripts for Masters ; Masters Certificate and transcripts for Doctorate) ; Medical certificate as well as HIV/AIDS test results all translated into Russian. The authenticity of your translations must be verified by the Russian Embassy or Consulate Office in your home country following initial certification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

If you already have your documents translated and certified, upload them on the portal : https://study.russia-africa.com while completing your application form. Otherwise, you can request for this service from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your home country. A seal will then be affixed by the Russian Embassy located in your home country, certifying that the contents of the translated document conform to contents of the original copy.
